Our products<\/h2>\n<p>We sell natural flowers, plants and funeral wreaths, which we make by hand in our shop in V\u00e9lez-M\u00e1laga on the day of delivery. Because it is a natural product, every bouquet is unique: the photos are a guide and the arrangement may vary slightly with the season. If a flower is not available, we replace it with another of equal or greater value and the same style and colours.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Prices<\/h2>\n<p>Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Delivery charges depend on the delivery town and the order value, and you will always see them before you pay. You can check them in our <a href=\"https:\/\/floristeriaflorymar.com\/politica-de-envios\/\" hreflang=\"es\">delivery policy<\/a> (in Spanish) or with the \u201cDo we deliver there?\u201d checker.<\/p>\n<h2>4. How to place an order<\/h2>\n<p>You choose the product, tell us who it is for, where and when you want it to arrive, and write your card message. Before paying you can review and correct all the details. The contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation email, which serves as your receipt. We keep a record of the order and you can ask us for a copy whenever you like. The language of the contract is Spanish; this English text is provided for your convenience.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Payment<\/h2>\n<p>You can pay by credit or debit card through secure payment gateways (Stripe and PayPal). The charge is made when the order is confirmed. We never see or store your card details.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Delivery<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>We deliver with our own delivery drivers in V\u00e9lez-M\u00e1laga, Torre del Mar and the other towns of the Axarqu\u00eda included in our <a href=\"https:\/\/floristeriaflorymar.com\/politica-de-envios\/\" hreflang=\"es\">delivery policy<\/a> (in Spanish).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Same-day delivery:<\/strong> if you order before 16:00 Monday to Friday, or before 10:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, we deliver it the same day. After that time, it is delivered on the next day you choose.<\/li>\n<li>Before setting off, we call the person receiving the flowers to make sure they are in, unless you have marked the order as a surprise (an option available in V\u00e9lez-M\u00e1laga and Torre del Mar).<\/li>\n<li>We try to keep to the time you give us, but we cannot guarantee an exact time, because it depends on the person being at the place of delivery.<\/li>\n<li>If we cannot deliver the order for reasons beyond our control (incorrect address, nobody at the place of delivery after we have tried to make contact), we will let you know to arrange a new delivery, which may carry a new delivery charge.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Funeral flowers:<\/strong> we deliver to funeral homes, private addresses or other places on the same day or the next day, within the funeral home\u2019s opening hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>7. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>Natural flowers, plants and wreaths are goods that deteriorate rapidly and are prepared to order with your card message or ribbon text. For this reason, under article 103(c) and (d) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), <strong>they cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal<\/strong> once delivered.<\/p>\n<p>If at any time we sell items that are not natural flowers or plants and are not personalised, you will have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. You just need to tell us by email at <a href=\"mailto:info@floristeriaflorymar.com\">info@floristeriaflorymar.com<\/a>, giving your name, the order number and that you wish to withdraw. We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving your message at the latest.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Changes and cancellations<\/h2>\n<p>If you need to change any details or cancel the order, call us as soon as possible on <a href=\"tel:+34952504634\">+34 952 504 634<\/a>. If we have not yet prepared it, we will change or cancel it and refund the full amount.<\/p>\n<h2>9. If something is not right<\/h2>\n<p>If the order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, let us know within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo if possible, on <a href=\"tel:+34952504634\">+34 952 504 634<\/a> or at <a href=\"mailto:info@floristeriaflorymar.com\">info@floristeriaflorymar.com<\/a>. We will replace it or refund the amount, without prejudice to your statutory guarantee rights.<\/p>\n<p>Refunds are made using the same payment method you used, within 14 days at the latest.<\/p>\n<h2>10.
